Since it was established in 1986, Electrical Construction & Maintenance (Aust) Pty Ltd has developed a proven track record of completing projects on time and budget by applying innovative and high technology solutions to all its design and construction activities.

EC&M specialises in electrical and instrumentation design and construction work for mining installations, process and petro chemical plants, materials handling, heavy industrial applications and power generation. In November 2001, EC&M was awarded the electrical infrastructure services project for the Jervoise Bay - Civil & Marine project by Transfield MacMahon Contractors J V. The project involves the construction of a new Intake Substation building, complete with high voltage switchgear, underground HV/LV and communication cabling, including all conduits and pit systems, three 1000kVA satellite substations, high mast floodlighting to the 3000T and 15000T wharf areas, and general street lighting.

We have recently completed power and water infrastructure projects at Cocos and Christmas Islands and are currently engaged to complete the power, communications and water infrastructure reticulation for the new Immigration and Processing Centre at Christmas Island for DOTARS."
